Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the kg5 platform (https://kg5.bio) or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all individuals located in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Users must be at least 18 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and kg5 reserves the right to verify age at any time.
These Terms, together with kg5's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form a complete legal framework. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the language of this document shall prevail.
Account Registration, Security & Responsibilities
- Each individual may register only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Creating an account with false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
- An ID card or passport may be requested as part of the verification process.
- Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
- Report any unauthorized use of your account to kg5 immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Login credentials must not be shared with anyone. Doing so is entirely at the account holder's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kg5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. Accounts may be closed in cases including, but not limited to: breach of terms, evidence of fraud, false identity, use of unauthorized payment methods, or any attempt to exploit platform systems. Where a closure decision is final, a separate determination will be made regarding the return of any legitimate balance.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users must adhere to the following code of conduct while using the kg5 platform. Any unethical, unlawful, or policy-violating activity is subject to penalties and may result in account termination.
Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with any software or system on the platform.
- Using automated software or bots to play games or place bets.
- Stealing another user's account information or engaging in any form of fraud against other users.
- Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
- Submitting a withdrawal request based on false claims or inaccurate information.
If evidence of any of the above activities is found, kg5 reserves the right to terminate the account, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on kg5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must be made through approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via third-party accounts or anonymous methods are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit and to an account under the same ownership. Processing may take 1–5 banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is determined in accordance with the platform's guidelines.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers come with wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited. The validity period and full terms for each bonus are listed on the relevant promotion page.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The kg5 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. kg5 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform. In particular, kg5 bears no responsibility in the following circumstances:
- If a game or betting session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
- If the service is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled server maintenance.
- If the user voluntarily discloses their password or account details to a third party.
- If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content published on the kg5 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, and images — is the intellectual property of kg5. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
Kg5 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party services linked from the platform. Users follow such links at their own discretion.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Contact
Right to Modify Terms
Kg5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the platform. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal matters shall be resolved before the competent courts of Bangladesh. Users acknowledge that they access this platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that use of such services is lawful in their jurisdiction.
